    Challenge: October 2016 Weighing/Measuring
When is the last time we talked about keeping track of food intake? How often do you use a scale or a measuring cup? Do you have a fairly regular menu or do you take whatever's handy?

I find it simpler to eat food that is familiar enough to let me skip the weighing and measuring routine. Even when eating in restaurants I know what to avoid, and usually do. I try to use fresh food, or at least dishes with ingredients I can pronounce!

    What's your day-to-day routine? ...

Movers & Shakers - October 2016 - Season of Change
I'm not sure about what it's like where all of you live, but where I am, fall is in the air. Leaves are turning, temperatures are cooler, change is in the air.

Change can be refreshing and there is a special joy to each season. (Okay, maybe not to summer ...) A simple change of season can add a spring to your step and put a smile on your face. It can call you to eat different foods, try different activities, get us out of whatever rut you have settled in.

    Is it time...
